Extruder Temperature & Heating1. Extruder temperature shows above 300°CReason: Thermistor short circuit or a motherboard failure.Troubleshooting: * Check whether the thermistor wire is crushed or the two wires are short-circuited.Re-plug the thermistor connection wire.If replacing the thermistor still does not solve the problem, replace the motherboard.2. Screen shows "heating failed"Reason: The wiring of the heating tube is loose or detached.Troubleshooting: * Check if the wiring of the heating tube is loose.Tighten the contact between the cable and the port.If the problem cannot be solved, replace the heating kit.

Extruder Feeding & Extrusion3. The extruder does not feed filament (Motor does not rotate)Reason: Loose motor wiring or an internal motor failure.Troubleshooting: * Re-tighten the motor wire and test the machine again.If it still does not rotate, contact after-sales personnel for resolution.4. Motor rotates but the wire feed wheel does not rotate
  • Reason: The top/grub screw of the feed gear is not locked.
  • Troubleshooting: * Tighten and lock the top/grub screw on the feed wheel.
5. Filament cannot be extrudedReason: This can be caused by three distinct issues:Nozzle temperature setting is too low.The filament is tangled or bent.The nozzle is blocked.Troubleshooting: * For low temperature: Adjust the settings to the recommended printing temperatures (200–220°C for PLA; 225–230°C for TPU).For filament path: Pull out the filament, straighten it, and reload it.For blockage: Heat the printer to 230°C and use the provided needle to clear the 0.4mm hole at the end of the nozzle, or replace the nozzle.

Hot Bed (Printing Platform)6. Hot bed temperature shows -14°CReason: The hot bed thermistor is short-circuited, damaged, or loose.Troubleshooting: * Check whether the thermistor is damaged or loose.Re-plug the thermistor connection line.If the thermistor is damaged, contact after-sales personnel.7. Hot bed temperature shows above 300°C
  • Reason: The thermistor is short-circuited or the motherboard is faulty.
  • Troubleshooting: * Contact after-sales personnel for a solution.
8. Extruder head or hot bed heats up automatically upon power-on
  • Reason: Generally caused by a motherboard problem.
  • Troubleshooting: * Do not attempt to print. Replace the motherboard or contact after-sales personnel directly.
9. Shaking of the hot bedReason: The machine fell/vibrated during transportation, or experienced wear from long-term use.Troubleshooting: * Remove the Mylar sheet first.Tighten all the fixing screws on the aluminum base plate.

Stepping Motor & Limit Switches10. Motor is jammed, makes abnormal sound, and does not workReason: This can be caused by physical obstructions, an active limit switch, or wiring/motor failure.Troubleshooting:Check whether the hot bed or printer is physically stuck by a cable.Check whether the limit switch is accidentally pressed and stuck in the open state.Test the wiring: Unplug a working motor line and plug it into the non-working motor. If it works, the original motor line is bad; contact after-sales to replace the line.Test the motor: If the motor still fails to work with a proven good line, the motor is damaged. Replace the motor.11. Print head keeps moving forward and grinds/makes a stuck noise after hitting the limit switch during zeroingReason: Limit switch failure.Troubleshooting: * Check if the limit switch is normal and re-plug its connection line.Verify via swap: Unplug a normal limit switch line and plug it into the abnormal limit switch. If the switch is confirmed broken, contact after-sales personnel directly.

Screen Display12. The screen does not show (LCD is black)Reason: Power supply, motherboard, or display defect.Troubleshooting: * Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of both the Power Supply and Hotend terminals on the motherboard.If Power Supply is 0V: Replace the power supply (if 24V, the power supply is fine).If Hotend is 0V: Replace the motherboard or power supply (if 24V, the motherboard is fine).If both read 24V but screen is black: Replace the LED display.13. Screen crashReason: Data transmission delay, external signal interference, loose wiring, or firmware bugs.Troubleshooting: * Try pressing the screen to see if it responds.Check for damaged wiring or a bad connection; firmly re-insert the screen wiring.Reinstall the firmware.If unresolved, contact after-sales to replace the motherboard.

Data Reading & Connectivity14. The SD card or card reader does not workReason: Faulty SD card, corrupted file system, loose slot, or motherboard failure.Troubleshooting: * Try using a different SD card or format the current SD card.Check if the card slot is physically loose.If a computer can read the card normally but the printer cannot, apply for a motherboard replacement.15. No response after inserting the SD card, or files cannot be foundReason: Minor data glitch, bad contact points, or motherboard failure.Troubleshooting: * Refresh, reload, or format the SD card.Wipe the metal contact points of the SD card with an eraser.If a computer reads it fine, apply to change the motherboard.16. USB cable cannot workReason: Corrupted driver file, computer compatibility issue, bad cable, or motherboard failure.Troubleshooting: * Uninstall the motherboard driver files and try again (contact after-sales for specific methods).Plug into a different computer.Replace the USB cable.If it still fails, contact after-sales to replace the motherboard.

Control Box17. Main board problem
  • Reason: Internal component failure.
  • Troubleshooting: * Replace the motherboard (refer to the official after-sales video or contact support).
18. Cannot turn on the machineReason: Disconnected power source or loose internal wiring.Troubleshooting: * Check whether the power cord is securely plugged in and the power switch is turned ON.Check whether the connection between the motherboard and the power supply is loose; tighten the terminal screws if necessary.

Bed Adhesion19. The filament doesn't stick to the hot bedReason: This can be caused by three separate factors:Nozzle is too close to the bed (blocking plastic from extruding).Printing temperature is too low for the specific filament brand.Extruder mechanism failure (loose grub screw or loose motor connection).Troubleshooting: * For nozzle height: Adjust the Z-offset value slightly higher.For temperature: Manually feed the filament; if it won't extrude, try increasing the print temperature.For extruder: Check if the grub screw on the extruder gear is loose (if loose, it fails to grab the filament). Ensure the extruder motor cable is connected properly.
